Oooh, baby…

This cracked me up. Might be a little old, but still worth a post. For the gamers with partners on February the 14th…

Network Security

Google Mail Features

February 8th, 2006

I was looking around my Gmail account settings today and thought “Why don’t I have these new features?”. I changed some settings to see whether they would just magically appear and I would have access to the new chat feature, and much more.

Guess what. They appeared magically. Simply by changing the language from English (UK) to English (US), the features you waited long and hard for appear for you. Just thought I’d let you know. Happy Gmailing!

Bare in mind this is just a temporary solution until they give the features to the UK.

Finally

February 7th, 2006

Finally, the Captain Cook of the Muslim world has been jailed for his crimes. Abu Hamza has been jailed for 7 years for inciting murder and stirring up race hate. Even though I personally don’t think this is enough, because he’ll only probably serve around 4 years of that sentence, it’s the least we could’ve hoped for. Should’ve left it to the American Justice system because he would’ve served even more than that, maybe death – though I doubt his death would help the matter much.
